Chablis
This Chablis is grown organically with the aim of harvesting grapes with exceptional maturity.
Traditional vinification and long aging will reveal its complexity on the nose and its richness in the mouth.
This wine will be a welcome guest at your table, with fish, grilled or in a sauce, poultry or even snails.
Chablis 1er cru “Vau de Vey”
Latest new product of the domain, discover this exceptional terroir of the commune of Beine.
First harvested in 2017, this plot is in the process of conversion to organic viticulture, it is ideally exposed and very steep.
We therefore carry out most of the work, including the harvest, by hand. Vinification in jars and barrels followed by aging on lees in these same containers brings substance and complexity to this very mineral cuvée!
